Previously, he assumed the role of Regional Head in Luxembourg for a publicly traded real estate firm focusing on investments in the German market. In this capacity, he spearheaded various special initiatives, managed operational procedures, and cultivated vital business connections, all while overseeing tax matters.

Prior to this, Thomas served as the Chief Financial Officer for another publicly listed real estate entity. In this role, he held responsibility for a range of financial functions, including financial reporting, asset valuation, coordination of sales and M&A projects, and executing refinancing strategies.

Earlier in his career, Thomas played a pivotal role in the acquisition, financing, and valuation of substantial residential real estate portfolios. Additionally, he managed accounting operations and facilitated bond issuance for a family office, further showcasing his diverse skill set and expertise.

Thomas's fluency in five languages and extensive experience in running projects across Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Belgium, the UK, Netherlands, and Lithuania showcase his remarkable ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and navigate complex international markets.
